Chief Financial Officer
You build the financial engine of a permanent-hold infrastructure company. Debt-only, with a horizon measured in generations. Your job is to fund and steward a multi-market fiber build.
You stand up the finance function, own the capital relationships, and model the economics of a national buildout.
What you'll do:
- Own financial planning, budgeting, and reporting across all build markets.
- Lead lender and capital-facility relationships and manage the debt program.
- Handle NECA participation, access-charge settlements, and universal-service filings.
- Prepare and file tariffs with state utility commissions.
- Build accounting, payroll, and financial controls from scratch.
- Model the economics of fiber buildout, activation, and multi-state expansion.
What we're looking for:
- 10+ years in telecom or utility finance, with 5+ in senior leadership.
- Direct experience financing capital-intensive infrastructure builds.
- Familiarity with NECA settlements, access charges, and USF programs.
- Experience with multi-state tariff filings and utility-commission processes.
- CPA or CFA preferred.
- You have funded a build, with real capital-markets experience.
