Construction Traffic Team
You keep the work zone safe. Flagging, traffic control, and lane closures so the crews can build and the public stays protected. Every job site in the right-of-way runs through you.
What you'll do:
- Set up and maintain traffic control per WSDOT and local right-of-way requirements.
- Flag and direct traffic safely around active construction zones.
- Place and retrieve signs, cones, barricades, and channelizing devices.
- Coordinate with crew leads on daily work-zone setup and breakdown.
- Monitor the zone and respond to changing conditions and hazards.
- Keep the public, the crew, and yourself safe at all times.
What we're looking for:
- Flagger certification (WSDOT / ATSSA) preferred, or we certify you.
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather, on your feet, near traffic.
- Strong situational awareness and a safety-first mindset.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable and on time, every shift.
- We train you. All experience levels welcome.
