Customer Service Representative
You own the customer relationship. Billing, account changes, service questions, and making things right. You turn problems into loyalty.
What you'll do:
- Handle customer accounts: billing, changes, moves, and service questions.
- Resolve issues end to end and follow through to closure.
- Coordinate installs, repairs, and dispatch with field operations.
- Document interactions accurately in the CRM.
- Spot and escalate recurring problems so we fix the root cause.
- Treat every customer like a neighbor, because they are.
What we're looking for:
- 2+ years in customer service, support, or account management.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable with billing systems and CRMs.
- Patient, organized, and genuinely customer-first.
- Telecom or ISP experience a plus.
- Available for daytime and evening coverage (7a-9p rotation).
