Director of Field Operations
You run the field. Every crew, every truck, every build zone. You translate the construction plan into daily execution and make sure the work gets done safely, correctly, and on schedule.
What you'll do:
- Manage all field construction crews, forepersons, and daily build schedules.
- Coordinate equipment, materials, and logistics across active job sites.
- Enforce safety standards and ensure OSHA compliance on every site.
- Track daily production metrics and report on build progress.
- Manage quality control inspections and punch list resolution.
- Hire, train, and develop field personnel as the build scales.
What we're looking for:
- 7+ years managing field construction crews in telecom, fiber, or utility construction.
- Direct FTTH or OSP construction management experience required.
- Strong understanding of aerial and underground construction methods.
- Proven ability to manage multiple active job sites simultaneously.
- Safety-first mentality. Zero compromise.
- CDL preferred but not required.
