NOC/SOC Engineer
You watch the whole network, 24/7. Monitoring, alerting, outage response, and security operations. When something moves, you see it first and you move faster.
What you'll do:
- Monitor network health, capacity, and security across the footprint.
- Respond to alarms and outages, and drive incident response and restoration.
- Run security operations: threat detection, triage, and response.
- Maintain E911 reliability and PSAP connectivity.
- Operate and tune NMS, SIEM, and ticketing tooling.
- Write and improve runbooks so response gets faster every incident.
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in a NOC, SOC, or network operations role.
- Strong with network monitoring (SNMP, syslog, flow) and incident response.
- Working knowledge of IP/MPLS, SIP/VoIP, and fiber transport.
- Familiarity with SIEM and security operations a plus.
- Comfortable with 24/7 shift coverage.
- Cool head, sharp eye, fast hands.
