Provisioning Engineer

You turn a signed customer into a live connection. Service provisioning, number porting, and activation across the fiber and voice network. You make the service actually work.

What you'll do:

Provision new fiber, voice, and email services end to end.
Manage number porting (LNP) and DID assignment.
Configure ONTs, VLANs, and service profiles.
Coordinate activation with field installs and customer service.
Troubleshoot provisioning failures and keep the data clean.
Keep the path from order to live fast and clean.

What we're looking for:

2+ years in provisioning, activation, or network operations.
Understanding of fiber / Active Ethernet, VLANs, and VoIP/SIP.
Familiarity with number porting and OSS/BSS workflows.
Detail-oriented with strong data hygiene.
Telecom or ISP experience required.
You love the moment the customer goes live.
