Warehouse Lead / Materials Coordinator
You run the yard. Inventory, procurement coordination, and the materials flow that keeps every crew building. When the field needs it, it is staged, counted, and ready, because you own the system that makes that true.
What you'll do:
- Lead the warehouse and materials team and the daily yard operation.
- Own inventory accuracy: cycle counts, min/max levels, and reorder triggers.
- Coordinate procurement and deliveries with vendors against the build schedule.
- Plan and oversee kitting and staging so crews dispatch fully loaded.
- Manage tool and equipment tracking, calibration, and returns.
- Enforce safety and 5S standards across the yard and stockroom.
- Report material burn, shortages, and lead-time risk to operations.
What we're looking for:
- 5+ years in warehouse, materials, or inventory operations, including team-lead experience.
- Strong with inventory/ERP systems and procurement coordination.
- Experience supporting field construction or telecom/utility builds a plus.
- Forklift certified (or we certify you) and comfortable running a yard.
- Organized, detail-driven, and calm when the build is moving fast.
- Valid driver's license required.
