SEATTLE, October 15, 2026 -- ClearBeam Networks today launched Call Center from ClearBeam, a call center service for small teams and busy front desks. Calls wait in queues built around how a team works, callers can keep their place and get a call back instead of holding, and agents answer from a desk phone, a cell phone, or a console that runs in the browser.
Call Center from ClearBeam runs on ClearBeam's own nationwide voice network, with geographically distributed points of presence and automatic failover. ClearBeam can deploy a new voice site on demand in about ten minutes.
"Small teams lose customers on hold," said Tim Semakula, founder and CEO of ClearBeam Networks. "We built this for the people who answer the phone at a clinic, a shop, or a service desk. Nobody should hang up because they waited too long, and nobody should need a big contact center budget to get that right."
ClearBeam built Call Center from ClearBeam on its own voice network rather than reselling another provider's platform, and it is set up and supported by the engineers who built it.
Call Center from ClearBeam is available today, nationwide. Teams can request setup at myclearbeam.net/call-center.
